R134a (1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane) is the most widely used medium and low temperature environmentally friendly refrigerant. R-134a is a refrigerant that does not contain chlorine atoms, does not damage the ozone layer, and has good safety performance (non-flammable, non-explosive, non-toxic, non-irritating, non-corrosive), its cooling capacity and efficiency It is very close to R-12 (dichlorodifluoromethane, Freon), so it is regarded as an excellent long-term alternative refrigerant. R134a has very low toxicity, is non-flammable in the air, and has a safety category of A1, which is a very safe refrigerant.
